Hello,

The lazy days of Summer are upon us and I'm looking forward to the warmer weather. There are lots of things to do outside and it's hard to decide which venue to attend. Many people go to the mall to stay cool and just to see what are the hottest clothing trends for the season. Often times we get caught up in the designer labels and spend too much money, God's money! Also, we tend idealize these people that put their names on the toes of shoes and flaps of purses, and deem the item as a quality product. Now do you see where I am going? Jeremiah 16:19 says, "Our ancestors possessed nothing but false Gods, worthless idols that did them no good." Where are your treasures?

God does not want us to not have false idols, moreover we should wear the label of the Lord each day. You say what are those?  Well it's simple; we should put on his armor, his love, peace and glory, for starters. Eph. 6:11, "Put on he full armour of God so you can stand against the devil's schemes." These actions are life saving and good for the world.
