This is the
beginning of Holy Week when we as Christians celebrate the life of Christ and
his last few days on earth. His life provides us with hope and faith that we
will be set free from the bondage's of life. His life teaches us to embrace our individual cross with joy, love and forgiveness. This is a time to be unashamed
of your faith, and become a beacon of light for others around you, because he
was!
Never think you are too old or too young or insignificant to be of service to others in
need. Watch this,
The Triumphal Entry
"21 When they had approached Jerusalem and had come to Bethphage, at the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples, 2 saying to them, “Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied there and a colt with her; untie them and bring them to Me. 3 If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, ‘The Lord has need of them,’ and immediately he will send them.” 4 This [a]took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet:
5
“Say to the daughter of Zion,
‘Behold your King is coming to you,
Gentle, and mounted on a donkey,
Even on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’”
6 The disciples went and did just as Jesus had instructed them,7 and brought the donkey and the colt, and laid their coats on them; and He sat on [b]the coats." (1) Matthew 21:1-7
Sometimes it is better to just be and let others see the Christ in you,
through your trials of life. Be the one who teaches others how to walk in their
destiny in grace, and let them know that favor is theirs through repentance of
sin. My advice to
you this week is to pray softly and live loud for God. You will see the difference your world.
