WWPC invites you to read the spiritual vitamin and meditate on a fresh word from the Lord.

Matthew 18:20 says, "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, there am I in the midst of them."

Unplug yourself from confusion!

Today we hustle and bustle around towards a place called nowhere. The Holy Spirit is grieved by so much clamoring around, and excessive use of technology. We are so needlessly connected, that we overlook what is pure. Just being quite listening to nothing and waiting for God’s word is the greatest gift you can give yourself. My family knows when I am in this mode; I will not call or visit as often. I even will tell them, I am listening for his voice and they know what I mean! The Lord wants you to enter into his rest. His voice may come through a dream or a word from someone else, which was spoken weeks ago. However, the Lord is gentile, if you are not still you may not be able to discern his instructions or will for your life.

This week I have allowed some insignificant people to mute my hearing with their insults, and have let their words play over and over in my head like a broken record. Please do not rehearse insults, the Lord says, “Let them turn the other cheek to those who strike them. Let them accept the insults of their enemies.” Lamentations 3:30. You know the devil will send people to you to cloud your vision, and thus hide your promise in confusion…. don’t allow that, trust God!

Ya know, some times it takes me a couple days to prepare myself to write the words for this weekly blog. So today sit, listen and meditate on the words of the Lord in Lamentations 3:28, “Let them sit alone in silence beneath the Lord’s demands.”You see nothing is done outside his peace!

My challenge this week, is to listen for the Lord's voice, to gain wisdom and direction.  Love others with all your might, and give your heart over to the Lord, our savior.
Much Love
Dede
