We live life on the edge, for some people being forlorn and hopeless leads to detonation of their purpose. However, there is hope, a child was born named Jesus! He lived and he died to save us; banish our sins, sickness, lack and pain. His life was not a walk in the park you know; he was betrayed, tested, and was lied on among other things. You know all this, but the revelation is that he never looked outside himself and the father for support, that is a lesson we need to learn. Rather than getting on the phone, when trouble comes, we must call on the man on the Throne, God! Jesus gave us all we need, but we still complain about what we lack. Moreover, as believers we walk in more defeat than the world. Our lives, as I have expressed before, should be all about letting our light shine, just like the star in the east that led the wise-men to the birthplace of the Christ child. We must seek the Lord as the wise men did in Matthew 2:2, “Where is the newborn king of the Jews? We have seen his star as it rose,* and we have come to worship him.“
Be wise in your dealings, and know that your life is not your own, the Lord sent you to this world for a purpose, to bless others through the sharing your gifts and talents. Matthew 25: 14-30
My challenge for you during this week is to; be wise and give love regardless of the situation. I suggest that you even send love ahead of a situation, before you go there; for example if you are beginning a new thing send positive words and thoughts into this new venture. I do this on a regular basis and the outcomes have been remarkable, and the unconditional I love I receive is phenomenal.
Love and walk like him…
