War of Words!

Where is the Christian charity for your neighbor folks?
Today saints I want to write about how negative opinions of others sets you up for failure sometimes. In the world today there are people that just look for opportunities to get a dig in and say something rude. This sounds like a new phenomenon, but it’s not because people will send you straight to hell with their tongue if you let them. This behavior is all over the bible, watch this, “Matthew 13:42…and they will throw them into a blazing furnace. In that place there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.” Quote (1)

Example, I showed up today for my doctor’s appointment early, and after I had a confidential conversation with the scheduler, then I heard snickering (laughter) behind me from other patients in the waiting room. I just walked away saying “Wow and said, I had that appointment in my day planner too!”  Usually, that kind of thing would have gotten me down, but today I gave it little thought. Do you want to know why?  The reason is clear, I know who’s I am

I just want to report that our world has become numb to the feelings of others. We can thank the western media for that one. We watch people’s lives unfold before us on television in just such a raw format, and most times we  feel very little sympathy for them at all. Many wars have began over words, and this drama unfolds in the streets our cities each day due to misplaced words or rumors. My grandmother used to say that you will know the end is near when these things occur. Watch this in Matthew 24:6You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.” (Quote 2)

I am not affected by haters, because of my strong Christian belief system has set me free from people pleasing.  Like I said there is nothing new on the earth that surprises the Lord. However, my hope, for our society is that, we would act more like Jesus! Be aware not to grieve the Holy Spirit with hurtful words or gestures towards others

I say just live your best life, love your brother/sister, and enjoy each moment because life is a gift from our heavenly father.

Love  Dede
